Item was lost in transit. Tough figuring out how to contact Fine Art. Finally received 6 weeks after placing order. Then received the original shipment.

I bought this tapestry for my mother who is in the final stages of lung caner. I wanted to brighten her room and bring her some cheer. I paid extra to have it shipped Next Day Air. We received the package 5 days after ordering. However, I was very diappointed at the taperstry when I opened it. It is very blurry and distorted. The fabric is OKAY somewhat thin, but not terrible. I have ordered many tapestries from another company recently as Christmas gifts for 1/2 the price that are way better quality and very clear and vibrant. I will not order again from Fine Art America....

Artist's Description

A hibiscus bloom at the Lamberton Conservatory. The Conservatory was designed for the continuous specialized exhibits of diverse plant species and is located in Highland Park, a beautiful 150 acre park in Rochester, New York. The Lamberton Conservatory was named in honor of Alexander B. Lamberton who was the President of the Parks Board from 1902 to 1915 and constructed in 1911. The old steel framework was removed and became the pattern for a new galvanized steel framing system. The original interior cypress gutter system, operable ridge-vent, the exterior cast iron gutter system, and the memorial to Alexander B. Lamberton were recovered and reused. Turtles and quail ro...

About Carol J Deltoro

I hail from a family of artists. They are painters, musicians, writers, photographers, sculptors and craftsman. That is just the maternal side of the family. The paternal side includes inventors, photographers and artists. Initially, when I was younger, I looked for an artistic outlet that no one else in the family was interested in doing! Now, as an older and wiser person, I no longer feel the need to compete and have a unique artistic expression in my family. A little over a year ago I started to learn photography from my father, Hubert C. Koloseike. It has been a wonderful learning experience greatly encouraged by my father. At the same time I started learning how to paint with oils from my mother, Joyce Wattles. Exhibitions: 2017...
