The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My sweet little Angel was taking a very private bath under the table one day when I snapped her picture. She looked at me as if to say "Come one inch closer and I may just scratch your eyeballs out!". I wanted to capture that attitude in this drawing. Did I say sweet? Ok, mostly sweet.
About Suzanne Schaefer
Now a retired septuagenarian, I've been painting since the age of 2. My professional art career has included fashion illustration, architectural illustration, realistic fine art, portraiture, and most recently, abstract digital disciplines. Diversity is truly the spice of life!
