This beautiful card arrived in no time at all, and I am very pleased with the quality. It is now inside a frame, and hangs below my reproduction of "Mrs. Henry Beaufoy" and next to the much larger "Morning Walk", which I bought in England many years ago. This completes my "Gainsborough Wall" for the moment, and is exactly the right size for the space I had left. I've been wanting a "Perdita" for many years!
"The Great Artiste" accompanies "Enola Gay" on a date with destiny. The B-29 Superfortress is a four-engine propeller-driven heavy bomber designed by Boeing that was flown primarily by the United States toward the end of World War II and during the Korean War. Art is but one of many passions for me. I believe creativity and imagination requires no formal training and all of us have an artist within. I spent much of my life drawing and painting in traditional ways, but years ago, I found with my computer I could create far more than my skills with a pencil or brush could ever produce. What took me days or weeks by hand, now took hours and allowed me to go places with art I only dreamed of before! I have also added photography to my galleries as another way to create. On my pages you will find everything from aviation and architecture to still life, all featured as fine art. -Peter-
