My father owns the same truck its the same color and everything and it originally sat in grandfather's garage with a gravel driveway until we pulled it out and rescued it and this photo reminds me of that day cause the garage even looks the same too. I will eventually hang it on my wall im remodeling my living room and ima hang it on my wall when it's done to pay respect to my father who bought me my first home and someday he's leaving this truck to me to carry on its legacy.

I Karin Kelshall Best am a self taught artist. I did art in school and then never followed through. I started painting again when I was 50 years old . I was influenced by color. I have a love of all the color that surrounds our daily life I come from Trinidad in the Caribbean and grew up surrounded by the most vibrant colors of the West Indies. I am a realist, I paint what I see. My Work comes from my heart . I have the islands in my blood and can reproduce them on canvas. I also do a lot of commission work and have paintings all over England and Europe and Canada. I lived in England for 12 years and showed in galleries in London.I also lived in Ottawa Canada. . Here I did a lot of commissions for the various Embassies. I also lived...

there is double-play happening in this otherwise tranquil harborscape....breaking of day through the stormhead clouds at distance is compelling and quieting - like the motionless water that reflects all the wonder of nature...But also, the masts and rope have created a Cityscape of line and it plays into the waking urban lights on the hills...wonderful tdp
