Imposing surreal artwork, Elizabeth,.. seems to me like light at the end of an afterlife journey... v/f

Thanks, Alfred... hopefully a good light and an amazing journey! ;)

ps v/f!

I love this picture and the very interesting discussion between you and Lil. Not many words to say.Just enjoying thinking about Sedona which is a place I'd love to go. Desert with a sense of the sacred and that powerful star.Wonderful art Elizabeth!

Elizabeth, this reminds me of when I went to Sedona and the first time I hiked near the Enchantment Inn. Actually, we hiked every day, all day for a week but on the first hike, there was a point where I felt really odd and I don't know how to explain it except slightly disoriented but not in a bad way. Later, at the hotel, I found out about the vortexes there and the feelings they gave you. Wouldn't you know it but they had them marked on a map and where I felt like this was a big X. This reminds me of that feeling......heat, disorientation, a wooziness and an off-balance that was odd but more meditative than anything. I love how you've captured that feeling in your work!!! v/f PS Thank you for your kind comments on my lily.

Lil, that is so cool! I had to look up the energy vortexes of Sedona after you told me about them! Very neat... found some great information and pictures of the twisted trees along with the vortex map at http://www.lovesedona.com/01.htm. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with me! Truly appreciated.
