The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. The automobile has long been a symbol of wealth and prosperity in North America. A good percentage of a wage earner's paycheck went towards owning, or eventually owning, one of the many automobiles that were produced. In this series I have looked at the final resting place of these pearls of the auto industry to see how they are doing. These "classics" are waiting to be discovered by a classic car enthusiast....perhaps a little too late for these. The rust and dented fenders were a joy to see and to photograph. Memories of my youth came flooding back...trying to remember if I ever saw any of these models on the road or not. Perhaps, through photography, some of these cars can be beautiful again...I see the beauty there as a subject to shoot and a reminder that all of our possessions are merely temporary much like the Pyramids and the Trump Tower....Cheers Bob
