This structure is only a few miles from my childhood home, and has captivated me ever since! I was happy to find this art on line and have it framed in my office. Art was a distraction from business for some 40 years and then upon retirement I discovered wax and my world turned upside down. I did a 180 degree turn and art became my focus, thus the name of my studio 180. I started in a co op gallery in Edmonds, WA called Gallery North. Soon was asked to teach wax painting and also to give talks and demos at art groups and civic groups. Since my wife and I like to escape the rain in the winter we headed south to Calif , AZ , TX and NM and I found venues along the way to teach on the road.
