This Through The Looking Glass painting is very creative! Lots of attention to detail w/ colorful beauty in each character. Charles Rowland works in various media, including watercolor, gouache and acrylic. He has lived in the Columbus, Ohio area since 1970 and currently resides in southern Delaware County A watercolor artist for over40 years he is both an active artist and teacher.
