Artist's Description
A drought-thirsty redwood forest in the Santa Cruz Mountains received a few inches of rain in a day to create these short-lived waterfalls cascading out of the hillside. The storm-swollen falls are 15 to 20 feet high, and drain a few feet below into Gazos Creek in the southern San Mateo County area.
