Noted for their unique architecture, a pair of identical structures located on Broadway just across from Houck Stadium. Constructed in 1958 as a commercial lease property. Designed by Harold W Long in a Streamlined Moderne Style. The original plan was to build a single structure, however the construction was delayed due to the lack of steel during WWII. When the project was restarted William Erlbacher decided to build two structures instead.
One structure has seen many tenants over the years however the other has been the home of Courtesy Cleaners from the start, although ownership has changed several times.
