It was a gift for a friend who has worked on these rigs. It’s now in his own company facility. He loves it.
A brace of F-102 Delta Daggers from the 176th FIS (Wisconsin ANG) at the William Tell Gunnery Meet in 1972. Air Defence Interceptors, these aircraft retain the red markings on wings and tail that at the time were applied to aircraft operating mostly over the frozen north, in defense against any aggression from across the Arctic. While not the most effective interceptors, "Deuces" soldiered from the mid 50's to the 70's; these aircraft were nearing the end of their days at the time depicted.

Amazing job on this, Stu! Always one of my favorites, mainly because they used to fly right over my head as a kid growing up near the Fresno Airport and its ANG base.
