I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

This is part of a new series that I have been playing with recently. Let's see if it is time to roll it out! As a former potter and sculptor, I have always loved the look of tiles. This product certainly has no clay in the original, but it is the look that I am seeking. My wife thinks that they look good in the original 8 x 10 size, but I think that they should be much stronger if significantly larger. However, as always, thankful for any and every sale that I make in this economy....so follow your own thoughts. Due to the original dimensional, recycled media, the edges are ragged and irregular. I have attempted to keep that look by exposing that edge on the surface of the giclee print, with a stark black border to set it off.
I have been a producing artist for over 30 years, starting out as a potter/sculptor back in my native Michigan. I now paint, work with mixed media, and a bit of photography. . .and now and then, a little clay! I have become known primarily for my work in a dimensional, recycled mixed media w/acrylic, and all of my originals are also available as prints and as cards.
