Very nice bath towel. It is very large and thick. The picture is so pretty.

Very unique piece of art. Displayed in my living room and admired. Will highly recommend.

Daughter-in-law has the shower curtain, which she loves, and thought I'd get the hand towel to go with it. Didn't give it to her. The photo shows the entire towel, not what it looks like folded. When folded you only see some of the "splatters" on the bottom. If you turn it around the zebra's head is upside down. The way it's currently being produced, it isn't a suitable image for a hand towel.

I love the design but wanted to buy a towel that actually gets used - high polyester content makes that dubious. also: I was hoping to support American Artists as well as manufacturers - this sentiment got killed by giant "MADE IN CHINA" tag. Very sad.

Artist's Description

The ￿Fresh Air￿ poster has been hanging on my wall now for about two years. My wife bought me the wooden pipe at an antique dealer for use as a prop for still life paintings. Upon receiving it, I hung it on the wall over the poster. Hmmm..I see a painting here. Although I do not do still life paintings as a rule, it inspired me to not only do a painting of the pipe and paper but also three other small still life paintings at the same time. This was the first of the series. The other three are small 8x10 format oils on Masonite exploring what I could call ￿den art￿ as they are definitely suitable for a man￿s space rather than that of a women￿s. You can see this whole series of paintings on Fine Art America produced where they are reproduced in various sizes as Giclee prints on demand. Go to: http://fineartamerica.com/profiles/jim-gola.html

Admiring much of the work of Americas past masters such as Inness, Moran, Chase, Homer and Bierstadt, among others. He then started to generate his lifelong love of oil painting. Moving to Oregon in the early sixties, while free lancing in art, Jim was introduced to the field of architecture. Upon receiving commissions to...
