As I mentioned a couple of months ago, I would post some more of the art I found that I had painted over 50 years ago. Here is the first one. This is a portrait of Gallery G's lawyer. He had walked through the art department on his way up to a meeting. He handed me a 5"x7" photograph and said that the bosses wanted me to paint this for the gallery as an example of what we could do. 3-4 hours later when the meeting was over, he was leaving through the art department since the parking lot was just outside the back door of my department and I said, "Do you want to see your portrait?" He was flabbergasted after seeing the finished portrait on my easel. I was around 23 years old when I painted this one.
