The Onagadori (Japanese: 尾長鶏, "long-tailed chicken") is a historic Japanese breed of chicken, characterized by an exceptionally long tail. It was bred in the seventeenth century in Kōchi Prefecture, on Shikoku island in southern Japan.
Jo-An Frances is my nom de Sumi-e. I am a Chinese Brush painter with 30 years of studying with master painters from China and the USA. I teach Chinese Brush painting at St. Petersburg Florida's Morean Arts Center. I belong to the National Sumi-e Society as well as my local chapter in Sarasota, FL. My work has been exhibited in Cohasset Art Center, Cohasset Public Library, and sold in the Hull Arts Gallery. My studio is located in St. Petersburg.
