I am extremely happy with the poster. As a particle physicist, I have always found fascinating the photographs of particle events in bubble chambers, and now I can finally have one of great quality decorating my living-room :)

I fell in love with this photo when I saw it. Mr. Dunwiddie has such a good eye for his subject. I have a few other pieces of art that he composed and treasure them. Fineartamerica.com was impressive as well. The timely service and care taken in shipping the artwork was appreciated. I will continue to view artwork on the website in the future and recommend it to others.

I love this photo. I have been skiing for decades and Squaw Valley is a special place for me. There are almost no remaining vestiges of the 1960 Olympics. Recently, I was staying at a cabin in Squaw Valley and on the wall in canvas form was the SI cover from the opening ceremonies. It captures the moment perfectly. So of course I had to have it. The framed photo you sent me is wonderful. The hard part is figuring out where to hang it
Artist's Description
Paris! Isn’t that where everyone wants to go? It’s the place for romance, the place for shopping, the place for walking the quaint streets and seeing the Eiffel Tower in the distance. For most of us who have never been there, Paris seems real because we see it all the time in the movies, and we mentally transport ourselves there. But do we really need to go to Paris to enjoy what we can find there? In the artwork, Girls Day out in Paris, the central focus (in addition to shopping and travel) is friendship, and we, the viewer, step into a vignette where five friends enjoy the end of a perfect day. It’s perfect not just because they’ve shopped, not just because they’ve walked the streets of Paris, but because they’ve done it together, as friends, sharing an experience that they will never forget. And herein is where we can all enjoy the experience of Girls Day out in Paris – without having to travel to Paris. The models for the artwork are all relatives – sisters, daugh...
About Steve Henderson

I am a fine art painter who creates representational images celebrating light, life, and color. A commercial illustrator for more than 20 years, I have been painting for most of my life, and in the last 13 years have focused exclusively on fine art. I celebrate images that invite the viewer to step into the artwork and experience a sense of joy, peace, freedom, encouragement, meditation, and thought. There's a lot of angry art out there, as well as a lot of shallow pop. I choose to use the abilities and experience I have to promote beauty and goodness.

To the buyer from Australia: The artwork Girls Day Out was created with the intent that through this work the viewer can be reminded of the simple joys in life found right around us -- in our family, our friends, our interactions with others. And it doesn't have to be in some exotic, far away location to be meaningful. May this work be that inspiration. Enjoy!

Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness. It trains the mind through the eye, and the eye through the mind. As the sun colours flowers, so does art colour life. -- Congratulations on your recent sale of an amazing work
