This elegant 9000 square foot home was built in 1883 by Francis Mckay of Belleville and designed by local Belleville Architect Thomas Hanley. Now a National Historic site the Glanmore's contents span circa 1700-1970 with a focus on the late 1800's to early 1900's.
About Peggy Holcroft
I was born in Toronto. Having spent a number of years in Belleville, I returned to the Quinte region in 2003 after living in the United States for twenty years. As an artist, I have been a member of the various communities through the years, being very active in the art scene. A passionate entrepreneur, I have been successful in business and now devote my time to my love of art.� I'm the past advertising chair on the executive board of the Belleville Art Association and a member of the Quinte Arts Council, Fine Art America, Brushstrokes and Arts Quinte West. I have participated in many shows, juried shows and events and continue to be active . My passion for art came from my mother and great uncle. Mostly self taught I have...
