Love this Buff Orpington! They were my second favorite chicken after Black Australorps. l/f
Anita Faye replied:
Thank you Marsha! I almost got a Black Australorp momma with babies few years back. A couple was selling the little family outside Tractor Supply.... but my more sensible half said we had enough chickens... so he says :/

Thank you Elizabeth, Carol, and Merrimon! ;) Yes, Merrimon she is such a sweet hen, her second hand at motherhood turned out very well ;)

Great expression and I love the colors and light. I think I would have to know Goldie to be able to read her expression, but there's no doubt she's trying to tell me something :)
Anita Faye replied:
Thank you Nikolyn! She is an amazing hen, she'll let grand kids follow and pet her, she loves interaction and treats. She does talk with those eyes ;)

She may be a great chicken--but don't ever cross her! Anita--Stunning what you have done with this! What you did after you took the shot is magical! FAV
Anita Faye replied:
So true, they can turn quickly if provoked lol. This is one of my earlier works which went through quite a few different programs and processes. I didn't take notes on this one. But, then again each photograph is individual and responds differently to processing. Just go with the flow. Thank you so much for visiting and support! :)
