Amy enjoys the excitement and emotion that color gives her while painting in oils. The rolling hills of Kentucky influence her choice of subject matter. She finds many rural scenes that she would like to preserve in paintings. "God's creations and man's connection to the land, never cease to provide inspiration for me."
