"Grand Central Before Six, Driver" is an original watercolor, 11" X 15" on 300-pound Kilimanjaro cold press paper using American Journey and Davinci paints. The painting explores that time of day, every week, in the race to get to the 600 PM train before departure.
Virgil Carter, BWS, PWS, PWCS, TWS, is a watercolor painter, teacher, demonstrator, workshop leader, author and Internet commentator. He paints primarily in watercolor, both en plein aire and from his studio in Boerne, TX. Primarily a representational painter, Virgil paints a variety of subjects, but enjoys most painting landscapes and town/urban subjects.
