The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This is a detailed painting of the water wheel at the grist mill. The sunlight strikes the bubbling brook. The shadows add to the mystery of the great wheel that turns the millstones to grind the grain for use in colonial life.
