This is an outstanding piece of work. The aura of Powell River with its resident fishing boats is portrayed beautifully. The vessel “Shirley” is very thought provoking to me personally.

Wandering with a camera makes me happy. I love roadtrips. Sometimes Ill con friends or family into coming along..sometimes I go it alone.. The old vintage pieces in this series have seen things. They have stories to tell. Sadly little by little were losing them. Ive been an artist all of my life. Ive been a commercial artist for a dozen years. I think its because Im a graphic designer that I appreciate old commercial art and feel compelled to record it for posterity. These days my primary medium is digital.
