Jeanette and John.......I painted this piece for a reproduction company in New York in the 60's.......The title is Hayride...As to the value, I have no idea....You might contact your local picture framing outlet that deals in limited edition prints and ask if they also deal in the secondary print market.....Or you might find this market VIA the internet....Good luck.......Thanks..... Duane

I have this great 24"x 48" print but on the back it says the name of the print is called The Hayloft

I have owned this painting for over 32 years now and just love it. What is it worth?

I received a dull black Duvet. I have been trying to get a response from Fine Art America for a replacement. of a midnight black Duvet. The on I received looked as if it had been washed with bleach. Please call (314) 740-6405. pfhoskinsharris@aol.com, I ave been told that the machinary used by some company timberland was not working. This was for my daughters dorm. I sent her address so that they could send out a replacement back on August 21st. She has not received it yet.

Many years ago, my uncle Thomas (Tom) Phillip Hufford asked me to come up with a word the opposite of predator. Amitor is that word. Ami: Fr. friend, Amigo: Sp. friend, Amity: Eng. harmony, Ami: Formosa, Taiwan. Giraffe: non predatory animal unless young attacked. Butterflies: live, love, laugh, hope. Survive, thrive and inspire others. Pen Sherwood offered to do this Amtor artwork for free sharing the copyright with me for my Amitor concept. Amitor Tom would be so proud. Diana Hays Kisselburg

Artist's Description

This painting depicts a boy laying relaxed on top of the hay wagon. It was usual for young boys to work arduously loading these wagons in the country hillside. After this hard work everyone working would jump on and go to where the wagon needed to be unloaded. This relaxing ride was always anticipated as a welcomed reward for hard work. The reproduction of this painting has been among Duane's most popular. Copyright Duane R. Probus 2009

About Duane R Probus

Duane was raised in rural Kentucky on a non-motorized farm. His favorite recreation activity was riding his horse along with his dog throughout the adjacent hills and hollows. While in high school Duane got involved in the only art classes available to the area at the time. Correspondence courses through the Minneapolis Art Institute, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Duane had an opportunity to study a year under Clause Hausseman in Frankfort, Germany, in that he was stationed at nearby Rhein Mein Air Force Base. After the Air Force, Duane attended the...
