A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

Beautiful picture. Grew up on northshore so wanted something from there. Metal picture really shows the colors and picture quality is very clear.

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

He Calls It Home - Brown
Urban Art District
This is a marker drawing of a young man who calls New York City his home. He was brought up in the urban life on the streets of the city. He reflects on the choices he has made and knows that his struggles made him the man he is today.
This image started as a rough sketch as something to do to pass the time. I began adding shadows, highlights, and textures with black, white, and brown. I was going for an abstract, graffiti-like look. The graphics of the buildings in the background are solid, as is the strength of his character.
About Melissa Smith
Urban Art District -- So, who am I as an artist? My artistic creativity started when I was a child, as it did for a lot of people. My mom gave me the tools I needed to become something great–not through money or possessions, but by pushing me to use what I had to create my own happiness. My first artistic creation involved the use of puff paint. Yup…I was definitely a child of the 80s. I needed to bring an article of clothing to school to use as an art smock for art class. So, mom pulled out an old button shirt and we got to work puff-painting the best art smock any child could own. My art teacher was absolutely in love with my art smock. I felt a sense of accomplishment, and I felt like I made something that really mattered to...
