This tote bag is gorgeous! I saw a picture of it and had to have it. The colors are just beautiful. The size is better than I expected, because it's larger than I had envisioned it. It is practical and functional as well as beautiful. I'm very happy with this purchase.

HAVE YOU SEEN THIS SCULPTURE? IT WAS STOLEN FROM THE SENIOR FAMILY CABIN IN 1985. If you have seen it, or if you purchased it, please report it to law enforcement or to the artist. This is a detail from a large sculpture that has special meaning for our family because my late father, Willoughby, and I created it together not long before he passed away in 1984. We came up with the concept for this sculpture in the course of discussing our experiences in the wild country around our family cabin, and among the Navajo, Hopi, Shoshoni, Arapaho and Lakota. tribes of the American West, We worked on crafting the original from clay and granite, and took it through the entire casting process together, which took us over many an icy and remote Wyoming road during the winter. My father passed away not long after we completed the sculpture, and the year after, in 1985, it was stolen, along with another of my bronzes, "Wild and Free," from our family cabin. My mom, brother and sister and I we...
I have been an artist since I was knee high to a short-horned locust. My dad, Willoughby Senior (FAA) was a professional artist and writer and I have stepped in his shoes since I was born, though he drew horses better than I did when I was a kid. My family lived in a hand-hewn log cabin we built ourselves in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and had no water or electricity. I love my life with my husband and family in Wyoming among the horses, gophers, deer, antelope, coyotes, red-tailed hawks, and the wild landscape. My work is driven by the land, animals, wild plants and birds I have come to know so well. Hummingbirds still try to get nectar from my upturned fingers. My artwork consists of all these things and more...

THIS BRONZE STATUE (of which a detail is shown here) WAS STOLEN. Please read the full description and see the detail photos that follow. This is an incredible work of art. It's also large and heavy! It is one of two statues stolen from our cabin at the same time in 1985. One of them was recovered today, so we are hoping for the recovery of this one! Please contact Dawn immediately. FAA assisted in the return of her bronze "Wild and Free" because the police department did a search of Dawn's name on the internet, found FAA, and discovered in the description that the work had been stolen. Please help if you know anything about this! v/f
