Such a happy bag! 4 stars because I wish it had a pocket in the large area. Otherwise, another perfect way to enjoy the art!
Head to head with a box turtle. The box turtle (Terrapene), or box tortoise is a genus of turtle native to North America (United States and Mexico). It is largely characterized by having a domed shell, which is hinged at the bottom, allowing the animal to close its shell tightly to escape predators. This one lived in my office garden for 30 years.
My passion is underwater and nature photography. I particularly like finding patterns and designs in nature and getting down to the very basics with super macro views. In my early years, I had extremely poor vision and, as a consequence, I would get very close to things in order to see them. I think this handicap influenced my technique as I tend to try and create brightly colored, closely cropped, in-your-face images that are easy to see. Revealing the beauty in the mundane is my goal. I live in the countryside of western Oregon and have no trouble finding frogs, birds, mushrooms and flowers to photograph.I travel to warm waters for underwater shots as often as possible.
