SHIRT IS GREAT, BUT LOTS OF CONFUSION WITH FINE ART AMERICA CUSTOMER SERVICE... TOOK OVER A MONTH OF EMAILS TO FIND OUT THE T SHIRT COLOR WAS NOT AVAILABLE, HAD TO REORDER. NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING OR OTHER DISCOUNT OFFERED FOR THEIR SCREW UP. GOT THE SHIRT A COUPLE DAYS BEFORE OUR EVENT, THANKFULLY. BUT DIDNT HAVE IT TO GIVE TO AT CHRISTMAS AS PLANNED.IMAGE ITSELF IS A CLASSIC. SHIRT IS NOT TOP QUALITY, CERTAINLY NOT WORTH WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING.

Hellcat F6F – Duel in the Sun
Pacific theatre in WW2 as the US Navy Hellcats mix it up with Japanese Zero A6Ms to provide protection for the attendant US Navy bombers, intent on a carrier strike mission. Rugged and easily maintained the Hellcat was reckoned to be the highest scoring US fighter in the Pacific campaign. Some 12,200 were built serving with UK forces as well as the US Navy.
Have been interested in photography since just after WW2, when film became freely available again, using Kodak Autographic equipment. Graduated, in the 50's, to 35mm and was involved in photographic work during my 17 yrs as RAF aircrew - navigator. Since retirement and migrating to Canon digital equipment have been involved with two of my sons and one grandson in a considerable amount of photographic activity, particularly composite images. Now producing digital art prints with the major emphasis on classic warbird aviation. With son, Duncan, now becoming a well-known and published wild life photographer we have started, in 2017, a new gallery reflecting Scottish sea birds - and 'feathered' flight
