Historic Placer County Courthouse metal print by Jim Thompson. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.
Metal prints are extremely durable. They're lightweight. They won't bend, and they're water resistant.

Love it! I have it affixed to an outdoor wall on our apartment patio in NYC. Not only is it beautiful, but a unique work that evokes one of our favorite historical artists - Monet. We constantly enjoy looking at it!

About Jim Thompson
This site promotes the photographic art of Jim Thompson. Jim likes photographing birds, especially hummingbirds, wildlife, butterflies, trains, landscapes, and the Milky Way. But his portfolio contains many other subjects as well. His life in photography offically began when he was in the United States Navy in 1966. His ship anchored in Hong Kong Harbor for a few days of R&R. While there Jim purchased his first 35mm camera, an Asahi Pentax 35mm along with a couple of lenses. and lots of film so he could photograph the Chinese culture including architecture, people, and special places. Current cameras are the Nikon Z-9 and the Z-8. Lenses vary with time but are generally pro-quality. The City of Rocklin asked Jim to do several jobs...
