I was disappointed with my print. It is much darker than the web page would suggest, giving much of the feeling of a grey winter's day than the sunny one it appeared to show. I was just glad I hadn't ordered a framed copy. Having worked with students printing at an art school, I know that colour can be altered before printing digital copies, so was not happy to be told by Fine Art that nothing could be done. I have chosen to keep it, since no-one else supplies it and I love the scene, but won't be displaying it and would not make further purchases of prints online.

This piece was my offering for this years "Helping Hand for Nepal" auction. The piece is called "Hope Rising". The original is alcohol and acrylic inks on a new "paper" called Terra Stone. No trees are used and it is made from stone. I have am grateful to be part of a wonderful group of artists whose paintings once a year are to donated "Helping Hand for Nepal" a non-profit organization that raises money for medical procedures and supplies for Nepal. I have been an artist my entire life. My paintings are in private collections all over the world. I enjoy a wide variety of painting mediums from watercolor and oil, to silks and pastels.
