Sweet image, your portraits are Wonderful!! L :))

Kevin you do wonderful portraits.....love the wide eyed look she has....perhaps she has a "brain freeze" from eating her ice cream too fast? Happy Birthday btw....it was nice you posted for Angela birthday that you both share. a fav and recommend

Getting an ice cream cone is still a treat!

This is an excellent candid portrait. You captured perfectly the humor of the chid's excitement in biting that cold cold ice cream. Enjoy and happy painting always! :)

Love it! Great portrait Kevin!

I had added this to my favorites section and was cruising through looking at the group when the ice cream girl got my attention again. Kevin I must amend or change my response of the first time I saw it. The face reads fine and the surprise of the cold treat is done quite well.

Strong color, brush work, unadorned honesty and strong values give it power. I may step over the line here but this one shows evidence of being done from a photograph because the sharpness of the line between left side of the face and hair doesn't show any reflected light action or that rounding effect created by the shift of warm and cool as a shape sends light off in diverse directions as it rounds away.

Beautiful! My grandson loves it.

What makes Kim Niles art so wonderful is not just her amazing talent, but also her compassion. Losing a best fur friend is very difficult, but Kim's Rainbow Bridge Angels truly bring some comfort. Thank you Kim for being you.

The print is beautiful. We repurposed an old frame and had a lovely mat cut to fit. We are very happy with our purchase. My husband was a seasonal Ranger at Crater Lake National Park for more than 20 years. We have a collection of prints of Crater Lake. This is our third lightning photo in our bedroom!

Sorry, I bought it as a gift and have sent it to my son. We were both really pleased with the purchase and I'm sure it will look fantastic when he eventually has it hanging in his new home. Thank you Yvonne
