There is so much to be seen in this painting Ion... When we "paint on automatic pilot" we speak the language of the soul... Beautiful composition and colors, another wonderful work of art!! V/F

A surreal and interesting scene Ion! Your work is beautiful! Keep 'em coming Ion Vincent VanGogh DAnu! VOTED! Celebrate life, Debra and Dave

Debra and Dave, Thank You! I try and sometimes succed to celebrate life! It's what us, artists, do...but it's always good to be reminded about that! Numai bine! (which is the Romanian for All the Best to you!)

Ion~I love the color combinations in this as well as the fantastic sense of design. Beautifully done. I like your automatic pilot! v/f

Thank You very much, Lenore! I bet you ike your own automatic pilot too because you do beautiful things...And automatic pilot is just us, absorbed and focused on creating images...

Yes. I know what you mean Ion. I often draw on automatic pilot too. Only I call it drawing in the Spirit as if the Holy Spirit were guiding my hand. This is beautiful. Love and Peace, Windy

I also know (in the measure one human can know what another human being says or thinks) what you mean, Windy. We are using words, different words, but the essence rests the same, no? Love and Peace, too. (What else would we be needing if we have these two?) Danu

Beautiful work. This landscape offers much for the eye to explore.

Many thanks, Odd! I don't know if you did it on purpose or not, but you hit the spot! My prefered citation and main criteria for a good visual art work is Délacroix s who said: "A good painting must be a feast for the eye"! Being modest (let's say!) I will settle for "offers much for the eye"! Thanks, again!

Splendid surrealistic work with a perfect palette of colors. Love it. F,v. _______ Ana

Many thanks, Ana! I am still surprised how works I like but I'm not sure others will like too, appeal to people, here on FAA... si nu e mai grozava cu nimic ca nudul tau printre maci!

Paintings and drawings in my opinion are more interesting/ beautiful when done on automatic pilot. your color palette here is very appealing, your landscape is recognizable yet foreign. I can see that beautiful imagination at work. I see a lot here, too much to mention but i'm drawn to the winged Insect dead center and the birds head on the lower right. This one keeps me searching. Great work Ion.

Thanks for the great, detailed comment, Sharon! See the drop of ink near the center? That's where I have started...a zen-like experiment...
