How Impatiens came to be. İLynette Yencho There was once a faerie who couldn't decide what color to wear at the summer Equinox. She became so distressed she exploded and wherever the bits fell to the ground up popped an electric colored flower, each one a different color.
So when you decide to pop one of the pods you see on an impatient, in flower, in the fall, you are helping the faeries decided what color to wear.
