I’ll confess – I didn’t actually notice the insect when I was taking the photo, I only noticed it once I uploaded it to the computer. I was actually taking a photo of these bluebells. I really liked their colour as they are white but with a subtle hint of pink. These were among some of the first bluebells to flower this year.
