I love this and it's situated behind me a little in my office. When I turn towards it, I'm reminded that there is always light and colour and to remember my roots. Iona formerly Rams Islands by Barbara Griffin. This beautiful day is captured forever in my mind and on canvas. Nearby islands are clearly visible and seem to be closer to the land today. Rams Islands is a string of islands near Ship Harbour, NL and Long Harbour, NL, that used to be populated and remnants of its previous settlers include gravestones, old fences, garden patches, cleared areas, and pieces of house foundations.
