An older cowboy stopped for a few minutes to survey the goings-on at the White Stallion Ranch in Tucson, Arizona. As he gazed out the doorway to the corrals and beyond, his beautifully weathered face was illuminated by the light coming through the doorway and his expression was simply perfect for this exposure. As a rule, I do not photograph people but this was an exception to be sure.
