The person holding the bat is Jim Gilliam, a Brooklyn Dodgers teammate of Jackie Robinson. Hank Aaron played for the Milwaukee Braves and thus would not have been in uniform at Wrigley Field with Jackie Robinson other than for an All-Star game. However the 1954 MLB All-Star Game was in Cleveland.
