This piece is very true to it's picture very defined. The cup itself is of fine quality as well. The story behind it was beautiful to read. When I look at it, it will take me back to the first time that I saw and read the story. Glad I took the time to purchase. No regrets!

I was not impressed. The picture was not on the whole mug the way the picture shows.
One of the last trees standing at Boneyard Beach enduring the tides at Hunting Island State Park, South Carolina.
The boneyard beach is gone now, a 2-mile stretch of popular Hunting Island State Park near its iconic lighthouse that was one of the sought-out natural features.
The bleached fallen trees that made the beach scenic have been bulldozed and left in piles.
Boneyard beaches is the popular term for the driftwood or weathered remains of shoreline trees that have fallen from an eroding maritime forest. They are often strewn like a sculpture of limbs as they gradually wash into the ocean.
Photography, to me, involves seeing the light and capturing the moment: the colorful illumination in the sky just before sunrise; bright sunlight dancing on the bubbling current, the glint in the eye of a mockingbird, soft reflected light caressing the face of a child, the dynamic reflection of the setting sun on the beach. As a photographer, I use my camera to share with others my vision of the world. I have been making photographs for as long as I can remember. From images of nature and my surroundings growing up in northern Germany, to photo-journalism in Hamburg, Germany. I always gravitated toward a career in photography. another fine minimalist capture with something quite unique. This odd tree is well placed. like layered effect of sand, small surf area with the tree, dark colored water, lastly the varying blue of the sky.
