Great service and product!

Item arrived exactly as expected and well packaged. I absolutely adore it.

Lovely photo, excellent quality print. The greeting card packs of 25 came shipped in a ridiculously overprotective amount of packaging. Each set already included a cardboard case, but then all sets were mounted in the center of a shallow supply box about 2.5' square, sealed with metal staples (!), which were not easily removed.

I LOVE the picture. The problem is that it was TAPED on the picture, and it wasn't obvious, so when I opened the roll, it tore. Have to say, that really bothered me. I can't really use it, now, and I don't want to buy another one. Had I know it would be presented that way, I certainly would have looked for it, although it was pretty stuck to that tape.

Overall was good, though definitely did not like my paper selection (Somerset Velvet), description makes it sound like it will look way better and higher quality, and it does the opposite, makes it look more vintage looking.

Artist's Description

This is about working on and on with something late at night and it's just not getting any better. There is a cement light bulb and a bloodshot eyeball in the peice and lots of found objects covered in polymer resin. The title of the piece is on the frame which is made of thirteen ply hardwood plywood which is stained and also covered in polymer resin.

My father was another early influence on my work; he was a metal and wood worker, and I learned building skills from him. He was very resourceful and inventive, whipping together small buildings and additions on our property. In 1962 I saw an exhibition of work by installation and assemblage artist Edward Kienholz. It inspired me to make my own sculpture from found objects. During this time I also became...
