I am not happy with this ... the picture is not totally there . much of it is cut off. I need to reorder this

Very unhappy. The picture is blown up too big making it very fuzzy. Quebec is cut off a bit too much, so you cannot tell it says "Quebec." Buyer Beware: the return policy is 30 days from PURCHASE, not receipt. If you miss the window, (I missed the 30 cutoff by 3 days) they are not willing to work with you on this. Customer Service is LOUSY!!!

This is digital art I made out of one of my photographs of a leafy sea dragon.
Early on in my life I knew I wanted to be an artist. I would sit for hours and draw. I would mostly use pen and colored pencils. As a young adult I became interested in scuba diving. This opened up a whole new world to me. I purchased a camera so I can take photos of my adventures in the water and on land with the goal of using those as reference for my artwork. I soon discovered that I really enjoyed photography and delved head first into my new medium, I haven't looked back since. I started working in a portrait studio so I can learn more about photography, 15 years later I decided I had enough of portrait and wedding photography.
