Hi, thanks for providing this contact as I had been wanting to send my personal thanks for your great photos. These are not easy to find and I jumped on them when I discovered them. I myself and many many people have an emotional tie with this group of musicians, and I value these highly. And you are right, many things today can be very impersonal if we let it be. I always choose to reach out , as you have to express how appreciated you are for what you do. I have my 3 high quality prints in my music room with all my other vintage 1970’s rock posters so they have o great home with me and will always stay in the family as they are passed on to my present and future generations, thank you so much, Craig fuson.

I completed a Painting Intensive at the San Francisco Art Institute, studying with world renown Israeli artist Larry Abramson and at at the Ox-Bow School of the Art Institute Chicago under Phil Hanson and Michelle Grabner. I earned my BFA from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. My studies included an emphasis in painting and printmaking. Kevin, what a great story teller you are, Love the blues, have a sizeable collection of cds of blues and jazz artists. Your compositional know how shines through on this one. Focused on the performer, our eyes cant help but drift almost in slow mo to the passersbys, Love his expression, lost in the blues. And thank you for your kind remarks on my article.
