The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

It was a beautiful piece and I will rate it as 5 star! Unfortunately it got here completely damaged, you should consider using one more reliable carrier. This is no way to do business. If you guys can’t deliver properly don’t sell. This was my first and last time I’ll ever order anything from fineartamerica.

We have a small home and very limited wall space, but I knew I had to share this on our main wall. I'll be putting it above our upright piano, to remind myself daily while practicing - embrace the transformation of bad and good, the transition of lightness and darkness - remembering we are whole.
Artist's Description
This is the former Revolving museum (on the right) in Lowell, MA. Van Gogh's Gear, a fabulous art supply store owned by Steve Syverson was on the left. They have since moved locations to across Dutton Street. I love Lowell. They left most of the old world architecture pretty intact. Occasionally I feel transported in time there.
About Debra Bretton Robinson

Debra Bretton Robinson is a Massachusetts artist and a participant in the vibrant Lowell art scene. Debra's acrylic paintings on canvas concentrate on the natural landscapes and architecture of New England in vibrating colors, Most of her work is done "en plein air" Her style borders between representational and abstract. The colors and lines of her paintings are inspired by Matisse during the Fauvist movement. The talents of several other artists she continues to draw upon are: William Henry Johnson, "The Seven" from Canada, Alice Neel, and the artists of Gee's Bend.
