Lioness displaying dangerous teeth in a rainstorm Canvas Print

I love this artist's piece. And I love how it fits in my home. However, the print was quite low resolution. The details of the flowers and the brush strokes simply aren't visible. From a distance it looks OK but that brings viewers closer, and it is disappointing. I can't discern whether this was because the photograph of the original piece was low resolution, or whether the printing process or printer itself was not of high enough quality. The 30x30 inch print dimensions are still smaller than the original painting's size, so there "should" be enough detail to reproduce well in a print this big. I almost sent the piece back but had to choose between not having it at all, and accepting a low-resolution print. I chose to keep it because I like the art so much, but I paid a lot for this print and the frame, and am not pleased with the result. I would re-frame the piece if you could create and send a higher-resolution print that shows the detail even at 30x30. Note, the attached photo was taken in dim light, the actual print has good color and looks better than the photo suggests, but still below my expectation.
