NIAV LORENZO’s art speaks to my soul! I love her CAT SERIES! So I had a yoga mat made to soothe my soul, while working out. Also bought four mugs with you guessed it four of her cats imprinted on them! The story behind her CAT SERIES is interesting. You will find it in her book “NIAV LORENZO’S journey northwest.”

This is a very nice quality yoga mat. It is a little longer than other mats, is thick, and has a nice stick to it. And it comes with an easy to slip on strap. I love the abstract quality that this photo of the Sanibel lighthouse with the Milky Way take on when the image is cropped in this way, and the texture of the mat actually enhances the photo. The mat did have a moderately strong rubber smell but after a few days airing, it no longer smells.

Each painting began as black and white photographs created by Joe Hoover in the darkroom without a negative. Fascinated by their movement and voluptuous forms, I applied my own color palette to create small paintings which became the basis of these large-scale abstracts.
