This item did not look like it did in your advertisement! It did not even have the man showing on my bed. I would appreciate being refunded the full amount back into my account and shipping and handling included in that please. This was a lot of trouble you have a very unresponsive Telephone service. I could not talk to a live person I left messages and no one called me back which was two laws right there. Which you said two hours I would get a call back I would just like to be refunded for the amount and for shipping and handling which was at least $15 thank you
