My father owns the same truck its the same color and everything and it originally sat in grandfather's garage with a gravel driveway until we pulled it out and rescued it and this photo reminds me of that day cause the garage even looks the same too. I will eventually hang it on my wall im remodeling my living room and ima hang it on my wall when it's done to pay respect to my father who bought me my first home and someday he's leaving this truck to me to carry on its legacy.
Isn't this a fun find at the local antique store in Muskegon, Michigan? I like to fill it with assorted candy, as well as gumballs. This gumball machine brings back so many wonderful memories of childhood. There was always one sitting just inside the door at the store. This would look great in any kitchen, game room, theater room or anywhere you need a pop of color.
I'm a self taught artist who lives along the shores of Lake Michigan. I didn't start to paint until February 2014, and haven't put down the paint brush since! This just proves it's never too late and you're never too old to discover something new about yourself or what you're capable of doing! My love of water guides me along the path of water related art, but I also gravitate toward objects that catch my eye in daily life.
