Description
It’s a timeless moment with the little black dress, the kicky little black purse, and a classic piece of travel luggage.
Love, from Paris, is a fun trip to the nostalgic past and vintage vogue as an elegant woman makes her way in the city of fashion and chic. Class, classic, and classy all combine in an image that brings to mind the timeless fashion of the 1940s and 1950s.
Prominent in the foreground, the fashionista stands with grace and aplomb, every limb as relaxed and graceful as a dancer. In the background, the Eiffel Tower – one of the world’s most recognizable landmarks – looms up into the sky. Embedded within the impressionistic, almost abstract background are the walkers and lovers of the city – arm in arm and hand in hand – the people of the romantic city of the world.
There is an element of fantasy and magic to Love, from Paris – the woman is realistic, but not too much so – she retains enough character of a magazine photo shoot that she exudes a sense of timelessness, permanence, and aplomb. Such confidence, we think, would be wonderful to have – but come to think of it, we don’t have to look like a fashionista from Paris to stand with the grace that she does, to relax into our environment the way that she does, to exude our own class and classiness derived from a well deserved confidence in who and what we are.
Love, from Paris invites the viewer into a world that – although modern and chic – isn’t changing all the time as one new phone model is unveiled 3 months after the last one. The element of chic is one that does not go outdated, nor is it eclipsed by the technology of the 21st century.
It truly is class, classic, and classy.
