Tamara de Lempicka was my inspiration for this piece. I have been wanting to explore the love, passion and bonding between two women for a very long time. I believe I hit it pretty close to what I wanted. They are beautiful, elegant yet possessive of the other. The lilies in the background add to the eroticism playing in this piece.
It was a challenge but after two months I felt it was time to let it go. I hope you enjoy Lys de la Nuit as much as I enjoyed the creation of it.
