I'm delighted to have my magnolia watercolor featured in Contemporary Florals. This series is dear to me...the only extended one flower exploration I made...and so enjoyed. Each painting was done with the flower in front of me, drinking in the wonderful aromas...there is really nothing to compare with the magnolia scent....unless....it would be ...the gardenia! Thanks again for this honor!

I believe this is the very last one I painted...and I provided a color behind the flower and tried to produce a painting rather than a botanical study. Thanks so much for your comment!!
