An official public billboard notice for reporting forest fires in the nahuatl region of Malinalco, Mexico. Street advertising in rural mexico uses the abundant supply of concrete walls owned by residents and businesses alike, and talented graffitti artists to bring life to their somewhat dull streets. Art and life coexists in harmony in rural Mexico.
About John Bartosik
Award winning Canadian Photographer John Bartosik, who studied at Toronto's Ryerson photo arts department was a commercial photographer serving corporate, industrial, tourism and institutional clients throughout North America. John's debut as a photographer initiated in Whistler, B.C.with the tourism industry. Surrounded by the majestic beauty of the Coast Mountains, John was inspired to continue his own personal photography, some of which was published in the first of three photo gift books titled Sea to Sky Country.
