Outstanding artwork and Congratulations on your sale.

.. .. Aloha Stu .. you are invited to add your amazing work to Dimensions .. this is a beautiful work of art and I very much enjoy the history provided in your description as well

Excellent artwork. Surprised you don't have more comments.

Very nice. So cool to finally one day meet one of the designers for the box covers of all those cool model kits of boyhood!! BTW, who was the number one ace pilot of WWII South Pacific, New Guniea? Pappy Boyington, maybe? I grew up with a friend who's dad was an marine aircraft mechanic for him in the New Guinea area.

I love my purchase . The quality was wonderful and it did justice to the artists beautiful work . One thing I would suggest is a choice of font for the message , unless I missed that option .

I'm thrilled with the custom greeting cards I made using my own artwork and photographs. ( I do not have an artist account .. I used the "create" link) I printed eight different cards (25 of each design for an awesome price), with short inspirational messages inside, and packaged them as sets to give as gifts. They've been received with delight and appreciation. The cards & envelopes are a very nice quality. The artwork came out great. I'm definitely going to using this service again for more cards and other products. My only "complaint" was that creating my custom order did not allow me to put my name on the back of the cards so I had some addresses labels printed with my name and just stuck those on the back.

This came exactly as described, perfect greeting card size (which is what I ordered) with a spare envelope so that I didn't have to go hunting at the store. Fantastic!

This is one of my favourite places in Cornwall and somewhere I walk early in the morning when I am on holiday! I bought the card for my youngest Son's girlfriend as she loves that area too!

Me and my Husband have been on motorcycle tours in America for the last 5 years! This photo gives us a frisson of excitement to get out there again and meet up with all the friends we have made out there!

Artist's Description

Maj. Thomas B. McGuire was the second highest ranking American Ace of World War II. Dealing with the harsh tropical conditions in the New Guinea area, P-38s of the 5th Air Force helped wreck the Japanese war machine in the South Pacific. McGuire had 38 kills when he died trying to save a fellow pilot from an attack. "Pudgy" was an early P-38H model, one of the first effective types against the more nimble Japanese fighters.
